I really need to remember to take pictures. Matt is usually the food picture taker, so if he forgets, it does not get captured!
Looked for something different and new for breakfast. Had a ripe avocado that would not make it to Wednesday's dinner. Combine those in google, and what do you get???
AVOCADO WAFFLES!!!
Q loved them - she ate 3 waffle triangles (I have an OLD, round waffle maker!), and would've eaten a fourth if her mean mommy didn't make her eat pears before she got the last waffle! So mean, I know!
Will definitely make again, especially if we have avocados that are about to become too ripe!!
